In keeping with ongoing energy market evolution, FirstFuel proudly introduces the next generation of our Customer Intelligence Platform. New enhancements to software and analytics will further transform the way energy providers engage business customers.
The market’s evolution has made it critical that energy providers better understand customers. Many already have the data they need, but pulling insights from complex data sets is a major challenge. FirstFuel has helped energy providers meet this challenge since our inception, and our platform’s new capabilities provide exciting new tools and capabilities.
“Our utility partners advised us on key questions they wanted to answer regarding customers.” said Swapnil Shah, CEO, FirstFuel. “The result has been a huge leap forward in our ability to help utilities and their customers navigate today’s complex, dynamic energy environment.”
FirstFuel’s new Customer Intelligence Platform adds new capabilities to help energy providers sell more effectively. Energy providers filter and segment customers by site, opportunity and services with Dynamic Visual Segmentation. And they can understand which customers are interested in products with Advanced Propensity Modeling, which pairs building-specific opportunities with the analytically derived likelihood of action. These tools are designed to reduce sales cycles and improve conversion rates.
The new platform helps utilities meet rising customer expectations and help customers navigate the market. FirstFuel’sExpanded Building-Specific Analytics provides unprecedented insight into water, solar and distributed generation, painting a broader picture beyond just gas and electric. Advanced Integration Options integrate customer intelligence with energy efficiency and demand rebates, Energy Star Portfolio Manager, Green Button and CRM systems.
Finally, Superior Customer Service Tools improve customer service with predictive billing insights, which drive notification alerts and help with call centers resolve customer issues.
To supplement the launch of our new platform, FirstFuel is hosting a webinar this Friday, April 8 from 12:30 – 1:30 pm EST. Speakers include FirstFuel VP of Marketing and Strategy, Indy Ratnathicam, as well as renowned energy sales expert, Mark Jewell. They will present an overview of the utility customer landscape, discuss the need for customer-level intelligence, and offer specific tips on how to harness information to create successful and lasting customer relationships.
The result has been a huge leap forward in our ability to help utilities and their customers navigate today’s complex, dynamic energy environment.”
